Time in total: 20 minutes
- 1/2 lb kale
- 1 cup of water
- ½ cup of nuts (I used peanuts)
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Remove the stems and rinse the kale well.
Shred the kale into small bite-sized pieces.
Blend water, nuts, nutritional yeast and lemon juice with a hand blender for about 1 minute.
Turn the kale thoroughly in the liquid and spread out the kalechips on a baking sheet with baking parchment on.
Bake the chips for 10-15 minutes at 300°F until crisp.0 Likes
